1. About these terms

This website is operated by 250 Digital Inc. (“we”, “us”), doing business as Fast & Found, in Victoria, BC, Canada. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. Prices and estimates

• Prices on this site, and the estimates from the price builder, are a guide. Your price is confirmed in writing, with the scope, before your first payment.
• Taxes are added where they apply.
• We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects a project after its agreement is signed, except as that agreement allows.
• Sending a project brief doesn't create a contract or commit either of us to anything.

3. Client work

Building, hosting, caring for and handing over a website is governed by our client agreement: scope, payments, minimum term, ownership, cancellation and guarantees. Where this page and the client agreement differ, the client agreement wins.

4. The free check-up and site scan

The instant scan is automated. It reads a website's public pages and Google's public speed test, and its scores are estimates. It may miss things or flag things that don't matter for your business. Only scan sites you own or have permission to check. Don't rely on the scan alone for business, legal or technical decisions.

5. Using the site

Please don't:

• Use the forms or the scanner to send spam, or to test or attack systems you don't control.
• Try to get around the site's security, or overload it.
• Copy the site's design, text or code for your own use without our permission.

6. Our content and our work

The design, text, code and images on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. Client websites shown here are examples of our work. Those sites, and their content, belong to their owners.

7. Other sites

We link to other websites and tools for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

8. No guarantees from the site itself

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it's provided as is. We don't promise it will always be error-free or online. Our guarantees for client work are set out in the client agreement and on our promise page.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using this website, including lost profits or data. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia.
