A subscription only works if you'd be happy to stay. So here's exactly what you get, and how to leave if you ever want to.

You own it. Really.
Ownership of the design, words, photos and code transfers to you after 12 monthly payments, or as soon as you pay the build fee. It's ownership, not a licence.

Your domain stays yours.
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. We never hold your domain, content or data as a condition of staying.

Leave any time after the term.
Tell us, and within 30 days you get the complete site: code in a GitHub repository you control, or a plain export you can host anywhere. No exit fee. We'll help with the move.

Design refund.
You see a working homepage within two business days. If you decide it isn't right before you approve the direction, we refund your first month.

Speed guarantee.
Your site scores 90 or higher for mobile performance on Google's Lighthouse test at launch. If it doesn't, we fix it at no cost.

Tracking guarantee.
Every form, call button and booking link is tested as a conversion in Google Analytics before launch. If a lead can't be counted, we don't launch.

You'll see the results.
Every month you get a report with your visitors, where they came from and how many became leads. If something's not working, you'll hear it from us first.

Scope before payment.
You get the page list, features and launch date in writing before your first payment. Anything new is quoted first and never billed without your OK.

A real person.
You talk to the people who build your site. Edit requests are done within two business days, and emails are answered within one.
The minimum term is 12 months on the monthly plan and 3 months of care on the pay-for-build plan. After that, plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
