I got tired of sending good ads to bad websites.
I've spent over a decade in digital marketing, managing more than $10 million in ad spend across dozens of industries. Over and over, I watched good campaigns send people to websites that let them down: slow pages, phone numbers buried in the footer, and no way to tell which clicks became customers.

Do I need a sales call?
No. Build your price on the pricing page and send your brief. Within one business day a real person emails you the confirmed scope, the agreement and a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you've seen and agreed to the scope. If you'd still like to talk it through, just ask and we'll set up a call.
How long until my site is live?
About seven business days once we have your content. You see your homepage first, usually within two business days, and the rest is built once you approve it. Bigger builds, like Scale, get a launch date when we confirm the scope.
What if I don't like the design?
You see a working homepage on the real site within two business days, and we refine it with you until you approve it, before we build the rest. Refinements are changes to that design, like layout, colours, fonts, images and wording. Starting over with a new direction, or adding pages or features, is quoted first.
Why is there no setup fee?
Most website projects rebuild the same plumbing every time. Every Fast & Found site starts from a tested foundation for speed, SEO and tracking, so your money goes into design and into the pages that win you customers. You pay a fixed monthly price, and the first payment starts the work.
Do I own the website?
Yes. On the monthly plan, the design, words, photos and code are yours after twelve payments. If you pay for the build up front, they're yours once it's paid. Your domain is registered in your name from day one either way.
What does hosting + care include?
Everything it takes to keep your site fast, secure and working, so you never have to touch it. We host it on a fast global network with SSL, apply security updates, and check it every 5 minutes. If it ever goes down, we're alerted instantly and on it, usually before you'd notice. Every change is saved, so anything can be rolled back in one click, and your whole site is backed up off-site every month, so it can be restored even if something goes badly wrong. Every week we check that every form, call button and link still works, watch for Google indexing problems, and give you a heads-up a month before your domain renews. Need a new photo, price, hours or team member? Send it over and it's done within two business days, up to 2 hours of edits a month. Unused hours don't roll over to the next month. And every month you get a plain-English report on traffic, leads and uptime, ending with the one thing worth doing next. The point is simple: your site never quietly stops making you money.
